Personal data is processed to answer your inquiry, prepare a scoped proposal, deliver contracted work, send invoices, meet tax and accounting obligations under French law, and improve the performance of this website. The legal bases are contract performance, legitimate interest in operating a digital agency, legal obligation, and your consent where requested.

4. Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with the infrastructure, analytics, email, and payment providers strictly required to run this business, each bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not sell or rent personal data. Project records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus the statutory five-year accounting retention period; unsolicited inquiry records are erased after twenty-four months.

5. Your rights

Terms of Service

1. Scope of the agreement

These terms govern every engagement between ConversionPilotHub and its clients for website builds, cloud infrastructure work, and digital marketing services. The specific deliverables, price, and timeline for a given project are fixed in the written statement of work agreed by both parties; where it conflicts with these general terms, the statement of work prevails.

2. Fees and payment

Prices are quoted in US dollars or euros as stated on the invoice, exclusive of VAT where applicable. A forty percent mobilisation deposit reserves the build slot; the balance is due at handover. Invoices are payable within fourteen days through the secure payment gateway linked from this site. Late payments accrue interest at the statutory French commercial rate plus a forty euro recovery fee.

3. Delivery, review, and acceptance

Timelines start once the deposit, brand assets, and content are received. Each project includes the revision rounds named in the statement of work; additional rounds are quoted separately. A delivery is deemed accepted if no written defect list arrives within five business days of handover.

4. Intellectual property

On full payment, all worldwide rights in the client-specific code, copy, and design assets transfer to you. ConversionPilotHub retains ownership of its pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and internal tooling, which are licensed to you perpetually and royalty-free for use in the delivered project.

5. Client responsibilities and acceptable use

You confirm that content you provide is accurate and that you hold the rights to it, and that the site will not be used for unlawful activity, malware distribution, or unsolicited bulk messaging. We may suspend hosting or integrations that threaten the security of our infrastructure, with notice where practicable.

6. Liability and termination

To the extent permitted by law, either party may terminate an engagement for material breach with fifteen days written notice; fees for work already performed remain due. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected engagement, excluding cases of gross misconduct or breach of confidentiality. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under French law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are first addressed through good-faith negotiation, then brought before the competent courts of Paris, France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.

Refund Policy

1. Cancellation window

You may cancel a booked engagement without penalty within seven calendar days of paying the deposit, provided the build slot has not been opened. In that case the deposit is refunded in full to the original payment method.

2. After work has started

Once design or engineering hours are logged, the deposit becomes non-refundable because the slot is held exclusively for you. If you cancel mid-project, we invoice only the work completed up to the cancellation date and release any balance already paid.

3. Deliverable not as agreed

If a delivered milestone materially departs from the statement of work, notify us at [email protected] within fourteen days of handover. We will correct it at no cost within the agreed revision window, and if we cannot, we refund the portion of the fee tied to that milestone.

4. Recurring services

Hosting, SLA, and growth retainers are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled before the next billing date; the current month remains chargeable. First-time retainer clients may request a full refund within fourteen days of the first charge if no deliverable has been produced yet.

5. Payment gateway charges

Refunds are issued through the original payment channel within ten business days of approval. Non-refundable bank or processor fees charged on the original transaction are borne by us whenever the fault is ours, and by you in the case of a voluntary cancellation after the seven-day window.

6. How to request a refund

Send your invoice number, project reference, and reason to [email protected] or by post to ConversionPilotHub, 19 Rue des Bluets, 75011 Paris, France. We acknowledge every request within two business hours and issue a decision within five business days.

SLA Guarantees

1. Availability commitment

Managed hosting and SLA retainer clients receive a 99.98% monthly uptime commitment measured at the edge, excluding planned maintenance announced at least forty-eight hours in advance and outages caused by third-party networks beyond our control.

2. Response windows

Standard inquiries transmitted through the contact console are answered within two business hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 Paris time. Urgent dispatch — production down or checkout broken — is acknowledged within fifteen minutes, twenty-four hours a day, every day of the year.

3. Resolution targets

Severity 1 incidents are mitigated within four hours, Severity 2 within eight business hours, Severity 3 within two business days, and Severity 4 within the next scheduled maintenance window. Progress updates are sent at least every hour while a Severity 1 incident is open.

4. Monitoring and reporting

Probes run every sixty seconds from European check points. Clients on a retainer receive a monthly report covering uptime, incident timeline, patch activity, and performance trend, delivered to the contact address on file.

5. Service credits

If monthly availability falls below the committed level, you may claim a credit of ten percent of the monthly retainer for each full 0.1% shortfall below 99.98%, up to a maximum of fifty percent. Claims must be made within thirty days of the affected month by writing to [email protected].

6. Exclusions

The guarantee does not cover downtime caused by client-side configuration changes, third-party services outside our stack, force majeure events, or security incidents originating from credentials shared with us in violation of the agreed access policy.
